Terms of Service

1) Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the DropZone Chrome extension (“DropZone”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use DropZone.

2) License to Use

Paytronic LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DropZone solely for personal or organizational purposes.
You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify DropZone.
• Resell or sublicense DropZone.
• Circumvent security or access controls.

3) User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the files, links, notes, and other content you choose to capture and store using DropZone.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and Google’s terms of service (including Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Chrome Web Store policies).
• You must not use DropZone to store, share, or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

4) Ownership of Content

• You retain ownership of all files, links, notes, and content saved through DropZone.
• Paytronic LLC does not claim ownership of your content.
• Paytronic LLC has no obligation to monitor or review your content.

5) Service Availability

• DropZone is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Paytronic LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
• Features may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

6) Compliance with Third-Party Terms

Use of DropZone depends on services provided by Google (Drive, Sheets, Identity, Chrome). Paytronic LLC is not responsible for changes, limitations, or disruptions in those services. Your use must comply with Google’s terms.

7) Updates

Paytronic LLC may update DropZone or these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective when published. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8) Termination

Paytronic LLC may suspend or terminate your license to use DropZone at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the extension. You may stop using DropZone at any time by uninstalling it.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

DropZone is provided without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Paytronic LLC disclaims all liability arising from reliance on DropZone’s functionality.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Paytronic LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
• Paytronic LLC’s total liability for direct damages shall not exceed $50 USD.

Some jurisdictions may not allow these exclusions; in those cases, liability is limited to the minimum extent required by law.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paytronic LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of DropZone.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any content you submit or store through DropZone.

12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

13) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Paytronic LLC regarding DropZone.
